2018 Tiguan: smooth Internet sales, fair offer, ok pickup This dealer has a good grip on his Internet sales process and made it easy for me to get an offer and reserve my targeted car: a 2018 Tiguan. Once I g This dealer has a good grip on his Internet sales process and made it easy for me to get an offer and reserve my targeted car: a 2018 Tiguan. Once I got a fair price offer via email, I was able to reserve the car and agree on a pick up date. The paperwork took me a little bit more than 2 hrs. The dealership is clean and has some nice amenities. They were ok with my 2 kids hanging out in the show room. I like the fact that they offer you to deal with the DMV on your behalf. The only quirk was my short dispute with the sales rep on whether a privacy cover was included in the package. I remembered it to be part of the Internet offer but the Sales rep denied at first and told me that he couldn't pull it up anymore due to the reservation. Only, when I found a working link on my smart phone, he accepted the fact that it was part of their offering. He later apologized but it still left an aftertaste in my mouth. So, if you go through an Internet sales with them, make sure that you print their original offer before showing up in the dealership for avoiding any discussions. More
