He was extremely helpful while we window shopped and before we left he had acquired a quote for us on the purchase of a new Jetta. We needed time to think about it. We went to lunch and decided to come back the next day. By the next morning we had decide we would purchase the Jetta. We returned to the dealership. Our sales rep, Saul, was not going to be in until later the afternoon. Not a problem. We were immediately helped by Oscar---who was just as great as Saul had been the day before. My grandson test-drove the car and loved it. We preceded with the purchase. It was painless. Oscar located the quote that Saul had obtained for us in their online file. Within 15 minutes we were fully approved as co-applicants for financing. While I had a long and positive credit history---this was my grandson's first credit application. And that included finding the car color we wanted and arranging a trade with another dealer. From there it was on to the credit manager---Ed Miller. In another 15 minutes we had signed the contract and the variety of docs that go with it----AND we were DONE!! From arriving at the dealership to finished---was less than an hour of total time. We had shopped around. The price was terrific, the financing rate was also great. And everyone we encountered was polished, knowledgeable, and friendly!! And they treated my grandson with respect and as an adult. I have purchased many cars over the years with some good and some bad experiences. Never had one that came close to this in friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency. Highly recommend this dealership!!! More

I would have given all employees a five start rating if it were not for one piece of miscommunication between myself and the sales person. I had to make a trip out to the dealership after I had to purchase the vehicle because I was not informed of how to remove the racing rims that came with the GTI. It took Nanika less than two minutes to show me how to remove the lug nut covers...this should have been explained to me during the purchase of the car and not afterwards. More

New GTI Audobahn Went in to Dirito yesterday with plan to buy new 2018 GTI Autobahn after having test driven a variety of other cars including Audi and Alpha Romeo don Went in to Dirito yesterday with plan to buy new 2018 GTI Autobahn after having test driven a variety of other cars including Audi and Alpha Romeo done my research on new car pricing and trade in value of my 2011 BMW 335D. Entire experience working with Oscar was super easy, pleasant and seamless start to finish. Walked in at 11:30 am and approximately 2 hours later drove out with my new metallic Navy GTI. Happy to be driving a GTI once again and will not miss my BMW. More
