Nice Experience My husband and I walked in just to look at the cars. My husband liked the cars, I was not sure and the final decision would have been mine. When the dealer Tashi showed us the car and took us for a test drive I could see that he was taking us seriously as customers. He was very knowledgeable but not pushy. After the test drive I started liking the car and decided to buy that since we could drive home 2 cars back and had time to do the transaction. The person who did the financial part had the same demeanor like the dealer's. I could tell we weren't dealing with amateurs.I did not get a discount on the car but was promised good service. 10 Stars! 4 years ago I walked into Dirito Brothers and met Gus for the first time. He was so great that I ended up naming my new car after him. I had been thru 4 years ago I walked into Dirito Brothers and met Gus for the first time. He was so great that I ended up naming my new car after him. I had been thru 2 lease trade ins before I met him. The last trade in was not a good experience at all so I decided that was the last time. Gus turned that all around for me by making things good again. He hooked me up and I am very grateful. So I couldn’t refuse to lease once again. When this lease was up I was hoping that Gus was still with Dirito Brothers so he could help me with the buyout. To my surprise he is still there! I told him that I wanted to keep this car because I love it and wasn’t ready to let go. Again my experience at Dirito Brothers with Gus and Sterling was great! I will be continuing to spread the good word about this place because they deserve it. They are the best! More

We had a good experience purchasing from the Dirito Brothers long ago, so hoped for the best as we visited the dealership again. The whole family met Tashi who was friendly, mellow, informative, accommodating and critically, low-pressure. After sitting in several different cars, taking a few test drives and doing some further homework, were happy to come back and make a purchase. I think maybe most important was how positive this experience was for daughter to participate in. It’s fair to say her experience here could well have earned VW another brand devotee. Derik was great and easy to deal with I had been to several dealerships, and being a single woman with a car to trade in with some issues, felt like other dealerships were trying to take a I had been to several dealerships, and being a single woman with a car to trade in with some issues, felt like other dealerships were trying to take advantage of my situation, which was not the case at Dirito Bro, I asked for what I wanted, Derik and his Sales Manager worked it out and it was really that simple, not at all what I experienced elsewhere. Really appreciated the time Derik spent with me after the purchase to show me about the car, I also made a mistake in purchasing an extended warranty which I did not mean to do, which Sterling (finance person?), Kyle and Derik all made a very simple fix. I was ready to do battle over this and it could not have been easier to fix, the problem took 15 minutes to fix and the Sales Manager was professional and very easy to deal with. More
