I usually have really good experiences with the service department at Dirito Brothers in Walnut Creek. However, this time I was disappointed b/c of the lack of communication throughout the process. I had to constantly check in to see if/when my parts were going to arrive. I had to always check to see the status of my car or told "I'll get back to you" and then was never contacted again. For example, I was told "I'll get back to you tomorrow", then I would wait 3 days and have to check back in. I understand there are sometimes delays on the parts but the whole process took over 3 weeks from my first diagnoses to when it was done. Even when I was told my car was ready, I showed up and none of the paperwork was ready for now. The gentlemen filling in for my service rep grabbed it and took care of me immediately to his credit. The work that was done was top notch as always, just the lack of communication and information was severely lacking this time around. The team was friendly and was helpful in getting me a ride home and handling the dropoff and pickup. More
