Took my Jetta in for an issue that the touch screen was having. Thankfully it was covered in my bumper to bumper insurance. It was overall a good experience. They ordered a replacement part (but forgot to call me). I had to follow up about a month later and scheduled time to bring my car in. Brought my car in, had it fixed but upon leaving noticed an issue with the car play. It was close to the time of closing so all of the technicians had left for the day. I had to bring the car in again. I understand that these things happen and Kevin was great and got me in ASAP to make sure it was fully fixed. Other than the slight inconvenience of having to bring it in three times, I would recommend them. The people are always friendly and the service is great. More
Tim was cordial and took immediate action on my first issue - he cleared the 12 cell phone numbers set up on the car which had not been cleared before we bought the car a year ago! Charged separately for wipers which was told was a part of the 70,000 mile tune up. This last time, however, I was pretty disappointed with the condition my car was in when it was returned to me. There were multiple spots on the interior that had oil/grease on them. The engine bay had oil/fluids in left splattered in different places. Now I'm pretty meticulous about the way my car looks, but I don't expect them to clean the car, by any means, but I'd expect it to be in the condition I left it to them in. From what I can tell the service they did on the car was done well, as it usually is, but the condition it was left in made me a little concerned with the quality of the services they did on the vehicle. More

In the 5 years I’ve been coming here I’ve never really felt welcomed. I’ve never been offered a courtesy vehicle and just always feel like I’m getting subpar customer service from the service providers. W felt welcomed. Whether I would have to pay for a courtesy vehicle or not it would be nice to have been offered one as a courtesy, especially since my car ALWAYS TAKES THE ENTIRE DAY. I always see the same two people, I’m not sure if they just don’t like me from a previous service but every timeI have to come to here I regret it. I continued to come here because it was conveniently located near my work and hoped that my experiences would get better. The work done on my car is fine, and there’s a really nice older gentlemen that greets me when I drop my car off but I always feel like I’m being looked down upon when I’m in the office. Maybe it’s just me but I think I will be having my services done in Oakland in the future. I just don’t feel comfortable here and don’t wish to be contacted any longer. More
