Superior Customer Service This morning I took my 2014 Winnebago TREND to Dodd RV in Yorktown, VA to have it de-winterized. Everyone was pleasant and courteous and the scheduled This morning I took my 2014 Winnebago TREND to Dodd RV in Yorktown, VA to have it de-winterized. Everyone was pleasant and courteous and the scheduled service was completed on time and promptly. Before leaving I asked Joey Lawrence if he had a few minutes to answer questions I had about the Onan generator on board my RV. He accompanied me to my RV (in the rain) and demonstrated how to start the generator, and explained its use and maintenance. He stayed with me until I understood how to use the generator, and under what conditions. He was so patient and pleasant and I learned more in that one conversation than I have ever learned from other RV employees and techs. He scheduled two maintenance prior to my leaving. It was such a positivr experience and I told him I would be back for future service. More

My Roadtrek R V had a host of problems as a result of my carelessness in running over obstructions which also caused a leak in one of the holding tanks which gave me more stress than i needed in my senior years. The meticulous manner in which they continued to work on my R V until they solved all of the problems and at a reasonable cost was commendable. The friendly and professional manner of all of their staff that I came in contact with was beyond my expectations. Great service department We were traveling through the area in our motorhome when a plumbing fitting cracked leaving us without any use of water in the coach. We called Dodd RV and they were willing to do the repair while we waited, despite being very busy. The repair was done within a half hour of our arrival and at a reasonable cost. They did an excellent job of installing the 3 vent covers and the cost was very reasonable. Work was completed several days ahead of the promised date. In talking with Joey and the owner, Jamie Dodd, I came away with the distinct feeling that their first priority is to help you enjoy your RV experience by giving advice and making suggestions.
