Don Ayres Honda was very professional and their technology made buying a vehicle during a pandemic so easy and safe. Travis never asked any friendly questions and he was obviously only interested in making the sale. His email asking us to fill out this survey even said, “Just Click the 5 Stars in the top right corner to get started!” Also, saying “Congratulations!” when someone buys a car is nice, but also a “It was a pleasure to work with you!” or “Welcome to the Honda family!” would make buyers feel respected and tell their friends, rather than making them feel like “Good job! You just got the bought the best car in town because you worked with me.” We appreciated our test drive with Matt. He’d been on the job for 6 days and was still kind and friendly. Keep that spirit, Matt, and we’ll be back to buy our next vehicle from you. More
