We agreed to do the LEASE option with the perk of the car being maintenance free to us for the life of the lease. When husband took car into get routine oil change, they are trying to charge us for a tire rotation. So we were lied to from the beginning. When the sales person tells you "maintenance free," make sure to ask what that includes because if we knew that it only meant free oil changes we would have just bought the car out right; not lease. More

Sneaky Sales Man Went to make a down payment on a car this morning, had already set it up with my sales person. Talked with another sales person, not the one I was talking to, he said I would have to wait until my sales person got there. While I was waiting 20 minutes for my salesman, the first gentleman I spoke with called someone he was working with interested in the vehicle and got the down payment over the phone. I am extremely angry with Don Ayres right now I will never buy a vehicle from them. Talk about horrible customer service, and dishonesty. I wish I could give them negative stars, I will drive to Indianapolis and purchase my next Honda. My salesman was polite and very helpful, I cannot say that for the rest of sales team. More

Never kept promise As we all know sales people are nice when you try to buy a vehicle well but the vehicle had some dents I asked them if they could get the dents out b As we all know sales people are nice when you try to buy a vehicle well but the vehicle had some dents I asked them if they could get the dents out before I purchase the vehicle they said yes will get the dents out and fix the paint well that happen I went to pick up my vehicle still had dents and when they took the dent out they cracked the paint it's all bubbled so I told them about it they said they can't fix it I said you pulled out the dent and cracked my paint they were really rude and couldn't even fix this problem they lied I had two other kids that were ready to buy a vehicle decided not to buy one from them so now I'm left with a $700 bill They could've worked out this problem but decided they didn't want to so stay away More

He Brought our Honda CRV in for airbag recall. Received courteous service from the time I pulled into the bay, Met by Zach Bloom, Service Advisor. He told me what they were going to do and about how long it would take. He kept me current on when they started and when they were about done. He made sure I was comfortable in the customer lounge. Zach also worked with me on what service items I was behind on and gave me a quote on what it would cost to get the things done that were needed. He also made sure they washed my car. It's nice to feel like an appreciated customer again. We don't get that much anymore at other places. More
