Late on snowy cold night, I had flat tire And Andy Hitzemann helped me....First of all my vehicle is not a Honda and I did not purchase it at Don Ayres. I had the misfortune of having my right rear tire go flat on Lima Rd in front of Don Ayres. It was late and I pulled in to their parking lot and noticed there were a couple people inside the building. I walked in and asked if anyone was left in their service department as I needed some air in my tire. Andy was very professional and courteous and helped me get access to some air for my tire. It would have been easier to just tell me no one was left and told me sorry. To the Don Ayres Organization and Management, you have a great ambassador for your company in Andy. It is employees like Andy that have made your business successful for many years and into the future. To anyone considering doing business with Don Ayres Honda I would highly recommend to do so.
