Over the years we have purchased most of our vehicles from them. We currently own 2 Honda Accords, and honestly it is the only dealer we would ever consider. Jeremy Sullivan is an excellent Service Adviser and is always there with a smile to take care of us the second we pull into the garage area for service. Hands down, Don Ayres has the best service. Doug Settle, the service manager is also available within seconds if you have any questions or concerns. Recently, I had a first time ever, minor fender bender and the Don Ayres Body Shop fixed my car to perfection. I can't say enough good about this Service Center. More

Found it at A I did a ton of online research to find a very good condition, low-ish miles 2009 Pontiac G8 GT to trade my great 2010 Camaro SS in for. Found it at Ayres. Jeff and the team worked with me very well on this long-distance (I live 215 miles away) transaction. In addition to the many pics of the vehicle on their site I requested and Jeff created and sent two personalized videos showing me the car up close from all conceivable angles. It was akin to a virtual in-person look. When I was satisfied of the condition of the car the price negotiations for the trade-in/buy were conducted in a spirited but fair manner. I ended up driving up to Ft Wayne from the Cincinnati area on a Saturday. Jeff was away on a trip but Caleb stood in for him admirably; nice guy. Everything went extremely smoothly once there and I was driving my "new" car home within an hour or so. The car I purchased was exactly as advertised and I still feel like I got a fair price and am completely happy with it and my Ayres experience. Seems to be a top notch dealership. More

Above and Beyond I am new to the Fort Wayne area and I took my 2012 Honda Civic for service for a first-time visit at Don Ayers. When I drove in for my appointment, I I am new to the Fort Wayne area and I took my 2012 Honda Civic for service for a first-time visit at Don Ayers. When I drove in for my appointment, I was helped immediately. My service representative, Ben Rose, did an excellent job of explaining everything that was required to service my car. In addition, I had an odd "scratch" on my car that I showed to him. He looked at it closely and said he didn't think it was a scratch. I had to wait for the service to be performed and it was done in a timely manner. When I went to pick up my car, to my great surprise and delight, Ben showed me that he had personally worked on and removed the "scratch" that I had showed to him before. That is what I consider going above and beyond what was required of him. To top it off, there was no charge; it was done out of courtesy. What a great attribute in an employee! Hope he gets a raise! It was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend the service department at Don Ayers. With their excellent service, my Civic should last me a long time. More
