I am giving 5stars across the board because Darrin was very helpful very nice no pressure to buy. I drove an hour and a half away and would definitely do it again. My husband and I went to Don Ayres to check out some used CR-V's on a Saturday afternoon. It was cold, snowy and the roads were icy but that did not hold us back from test driving a two year old model used CR-V's on a Saturday afternoon. We spent the rest of the weekend researching different vehicles, dealerships, and prices......then went back to Don Ayres first thing Monday morning just as Darrin was arriving to work. He greeted us by our first names with a smile on his face and said "Perfect Timing!" We test drove the 2012 CR-V once again and decided it was "the one". Darrin walked us through the purchasing process and an hour and half later we were driving home our new vehicle. I LOVE it!! To the credit of the entire staff, Darrin initially expressed concern about our buying a car from Don Ayres rather than from my son - who had not been able to find us what we wanted. This is the first time I have owned a Honda Accord and I absolutely love it. The car has not yet needed service, but from close friends I understand that the service department is also top notch!
