After 55 cars and 45 years of marriage, we got our first Honda. We closed after 4 years ownership of our previous car, and two days before our wedding anniversary. Referred to Andy by a co-worker, it was a great experience. Super easy to work with in person, by phone, text and e-mail. Andy and Shawn were true 'car guys'. Very through walk thru of the '23 Pilot features with lots of tips to get us started in the Honda way. The Pilot is on a 4 year path to our daughter and son-in-law, who are on Honda number 4. Honda service department keeps me running safely. They find those things that need to be corrected (like my battery!) and get those done without overselling service.
