When my Honda requires service, I would never take it to another dealer. My experience at Don Ayres has always been top rate. The employees care about my concerns, patiently attend to all the "noises" I h another dealer. My experience at Don Ayres has always been top rate. The employees care about my concerns, patiently attend to all the "noises" I hear, and spend what ever time is required to make certain the problem is diagnosed and solved. In a world where customer satisfaction takes a back seat, the opposite is true at Don Ayres Honda. The customer care does not stop when the sale is completed, it is the heart and soul of their organization. I would and have recommended Don Ayres Honda without hesitation or reservation. More

Doug was great...like always. He always seems to go out of his way to make sure we are taken care of properly. The times we have been in have always been a positive experience. Have been a regular service customer at Don Ayres and charging a diagnostic fee of $85 to look into any reported vehicle problem even for regular customers, seemed high to me. I ended up with a high repa charging a diagnostic fee of $85 to look into any reported vehicle problem even for regular customers, seemed high to me. I ended up with a high repair estimate and the service advisor was good enough to charge me only half the diagnostic fee since they didn't take too long to identify the problem. The diagnostic was correctly done which showcases their good quality of work. More

I find that when I schedule an appt for maintenance they are on time and take care of what I need in a timely fashion. They will also mention future considerations I may need to take care of the keep up wi are on time and take care of what I need in a timely fashion. They will also mention future considerations I may need to take care of the keep up with my warranty. The people are friendly, and cost is reasonable. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership in the last 6 years. More

We purchased my 2010 Insight from Don Ayres. Their service was great and friendly, and we were in and out within 30 minutes. The one issue that dings the Customer Service score was that I put a servic service was great and friendly, and we were in and out within 30 minutes. The one issue that dings the Customer Service score was that I put a service request in using their website, but was never contacted to officially set it up. I had to call them back to set up the actual program. More

Every one is always helpful, especially Doug. I always get good service. The price for an oil change is great. The prices for 90,000 mile service seems high. I would highly recommend Don Ayres Service department, in fact in 7 years I have trusted "only" Don Ayres to service my vehicle. I purchased my Honda Pilot NEW from Don Ayres sales rep. George Widman (hard fact in 7 years I have trusted "only" Don Ayres to service my vehicle. I purchased my Honda Pilot NEW from Don Ayres sales rep. George Widman (hard wording honest)in 2004. I have followed the recommended service schedule. I appreciate the friendly service reminders mailed directly to my home with intuitive precision just as I'm about to hit the recommended mileage. With over 230,000 carefree miles serviced solely by Doug Settle's well managed team, my car still drives like new! As a single mother of two children, I have always felt confident that my pilot would take us safely to our destination. We live in the country and have easily navigated through a variety of harsh weather challenges. Stay tuned for my 300,000+ update. :-) In the spirit of full disclosure: Although the Auto Body shop may have employees with great skills and Dustin is kind and professional, I have not been as satisfied with the body shop due to what I perceived as an unprofessional communication style by the body shop manager to me. I have always found that the service guys really take good care of my Civic. And the time involved is almost always acceptable.
