As an example, every vehicle sold comes with TireGARD and EtchGARD. This coverage protects you in the event of tire or glass damage. In 2009, $ 483,615.00 in TireGARD and EtchGARD claims were paid to Don Davis Auto Group customers. The average TireGARD claim was $114.00. The average EtchGARD claim was $ 1,996.00. Both are provided Free of Charge!
Another example is our Right from the Start new owners car-care seminar held the second week of each month. As a new customer, you’ll be invited to our service department where every model we sell will be on display. Our service advisors can answer your questions, review warranty schedules, demonstrate how to change a tire and provide other pertinent information.

Billy Cox is Awesome I had just left another dealership's service department where I couldn't even get their people to come out and acknowledge that I was there. Wonderful and easy Drove a little ways because the dealership had the car I was looking for, when we arrived we were greeted and they gave us water and were very nice. The water is a big deal bc many places didn’t offer it all, and it’s 100 degrees here in Texas right now and my 6 month old can’t take it. They were very nice and accommodating to my family - and Corey helped us find the right car for our family. They then offered an extended test drive of the Lincoln I wanted, and that sold me right there. We drove it for two days while waiting on our finances to line up and then went and purchased right after. Corey and Quincey were VERY helpful and made sure we were taken care and felt welcome.
