As an example, every vehicle sold comes with TireGARD and EtchGARD. This coverage protects you in the event of tire or glass damage. In 2009, $ 483,615.00 in TireGARD and EtchGARD claims were paid to Don Davis Auto Group customers. The average TireGARD claim was $114.00. The average EtchGARD claim was $ 1,996.00. Both are provided Free of Charge!
Another example is our Right from the Start new owners car-care seminar held the second week of each month. As a new customer, you’ll be invited to our service department where every model we sell will be on display. Our service advisors can answer your questions, review warranty schedules, demonstrate how to change a tire and provide other pertinent information.

The communication is terrible every time. Always seems to be a problem when scheduling pickup and delivery for Lincoln service. Service rep is given the number to contact my wife but they don’t call that number they call the one they have on file. Not once but twice. The number the service rep leaves goes thru the switchboard, should go directly to the service rep. Can never get thru to the service rep, always playing phone tag! One time (about a year ago) the service rep went home sick in the middle of the day. Called repeatedly and was transferred to voice-mail. No one seemed to know that rep was out sick. On the third day, rep finally called back and we scheduled swap of loaner for.my car. Always get apologies when things go sideways which is appreciated. However, apologies with no improvements seems shallow. Never had this problem with Sewell, unfortunately they don’t sell Lincoln. More

The vehicle was just as described and he had everything ready for us when we got there. He even preset our radio stations for us while we were meeting with Tony the finance manager. Very Bad I brought my Lincoln in for service as it seemed like I had an electrical issue. I dropped my car off and was told that they had a shuttle to the lo I brought my Lincoln in for service as it seemed like I had an electrical issue. I dropped my car off and was told that they had a shuttle to the local area...waited about 30 minutes and no one showed up so had to be picked up by a coworker. I was never given a call on status but was finally told they were working on the car for 3 hours and couldn’t figure out the problem. Finally I went to the dealer and found out no one actually looked at the car at all and wouldn’t get to it for 3 days! I was lied to and decided just to take my car and drive home. Bottom line ...I wasted my time More
