Great Sales Experience / Weak Service Department Our sales experience was absolutely fantastic. Not only was Gustavo great to work with during the sale, he's also helped us tremendously in scheduling Our sales experience was absolutely fantastic. A++++ To Dave Coke I finally found the car I wanted (ZL1) and it was at Don Mealey Chevrolet. I first called and spoke to a younger salesman, I won't include his name. I I finally found the car I wanted (ZL1) and it was at Don Mealey Chevrolet. I first called and spoke to a younger salesman, I won't include his name. I asked him questions about the car and he stated he would follow up with me the following day. I called on a Thursday, didn't hear back as Monday rolled around. I had advised the younger salesman I was serious and had financing all lined up. Didn't matter, didn't get a call back with the answers I was looking for or any pictures I requested. So, I gave them one more shot, called back and (thankfully) got a Mr. Dave Coke on the line. I asked him for some more info on the car I was interested in, and within an hour, I had the answers and photos I asked for. I mulled over the price with my wife, called Mr. Coke back and advised to him that I pre-qualled with my bank, and that if we could work out the deal in the terms I was looking for, I'd be buying a plane ticket. Within an hour, he sent me a proposal sheet, it was the number I had in mind, and the deal was made! I cannot emphasize enough how helpful, straight forward and honest Dave was. He single handedly saved a 35k+ sale for his dealership. If it weren't for him, I would've found my dream car elsewhere. From start to finish as I drove away from the lot, Mr. Coke ensured my experience was painless and professional. I felt he was trustworthy and I could take his word on what I asked. I worked out an out of state deal, and was overly impressed with how well it worked out. If I had a car dealership, I'd hire him to run it!
