I bought a used car from this dealership and the clutch broke 3 months after I bought it. I paid more for this car than the market value and drove over an hour to reach the dealership, based on the good re broke 3 months after I bought it. After speaking with my salesman and the managers there, I was treated rudely. The managers had absolutely no sympathy and said they assumed no responsibility for the repair. I will never return to this dealership and I sincerely hope that other customers be wary when buying a used car from this company. More

Don Ringler has been the purchase center for my last three vehicles and my parents have purchased their last nine or ten there as well. I have been to several dealerships adn continue to come back to R three vehicles and my parents have purchased their last nine or ten there as well. I have been to several dealerships adn continue to come back to Ringler for the simple reason that they seem to respect the customers time. They get me in and out. The Toyota service center is always nice. The guy, Larry, is always so respectful and gracious for the business. Even the owner has come out of his office to thank me personally the last couple of time I have purchased. I don't like spending money, but they at least make the purchase feel appreciated. The new Don Ringler facility is nice, but nothing stands out to me like the old Toyota store and that young, smiley, short sales guy they had there. He was a blast and made buying fun. More
