This was our 3rd vehicle to buy from Don Ringler Toyota, and we have referred a family member who also purchased a highlander. Scott guided us through the loan process and spent a lot of time explaining the features of the vehicle - he did an excellent job - answered all my questions and helped us get our apps and phones paired. We are very grateful. He and Kory Jumper worked great together with us on the numbers and worked hard to get us where we needed to be. They were even willing to work with us past closing and on Scott’s day off. We did not let them, but we were impressed that they were willing to do so. Scott invited us back in anytime if we need additional explanation of the car features. This is our 3rd Highlander but first Limited and first hybrid. Scott was extremely helpful and professional, he helped me get closest to what I asked for. I wanted to get a vehicle for 10k and he told me the closest was a Chevy infinity, it was 12k, but it was in the me get closest to what I asked for. I wanted a car to take home that day so Scott took me over to look at a Chevy Cruze, it was 13k, the Cruze was less than 100k on miles, the only probably was a small dent on the back bumper but it didn’t effect the cars driving so it didn’t bother me. Before doing any paper work Scott offered me to do a test drive of the car I asked him if I could just drive it around the parking lot because I didn’t want to drive the car on the street until I owned it, he said yes. While doing the paper work not only did Scott explain to me what everything on the papers were in easy to understand details, he also helped me with my spelling errors and showed me where to sign.
