Later that afternoon I received a call and scheduled a test drive. The following day I stopped in with my dad, a seasoned mechanic who marveled at the clean and organized shop. We test drove a used car and talked business. The tech crew took care of a few things my dad pointed out, and the finance manager got the payments in my preferred range. Everything was facilitated by the friendly and helpful salesman. I drove away that day with my new pre-owned car and have been smiling ever since. More

The best Lincoln dealer ever! I just purchased a new 2014 Lincoln MKZ. I traded in my 2003 Lincoln Town Car, which I had for 10 years and just loved it. I was always serviced her I just purchased a new 2014 Lincoln MKZ. I traded in my 2003 Lincoln Town Car, which I had for 10 years and just loved it. I was always serviced here, and John was always my go-to service adviser. He was always like a personal friend, and still is! He took the time to answer alot of my mechanical questions under the hood of the new car, and always serviced my old car like it was his own. I was always given a loaner when the service work was going to be an extended period of time. It was always washed and looked like new when I picked it up. When I bought the new car, there was NEVER any high pressure sales people on me, which I love. If I was looking at cars alone, someone always came up and asked me if I was being helped and if I had any questions. I'm sure I will have more questions, but everything was explained to me and I was told that if I had any more questions, to just call or stop in. I do live out of town 40 miles away. I thought I was going to be unhappy when Lincoln discontinued the Town Car, but this MKZ is a luxurious, engineering marvel!. I would recommend this model to anyone, and most definitely to buy it from Dorsch Ford, Kia, & Lincoln in Green Bay. I realize that I have only had the car a couple of days, but It is twice the car that I thought it would be from the performance, handling, quiet,smooth ride, and the beauty lines of the car. When I took my older Town Car in for repair, I never thought in a million years that I would walk out with a new car a week later! This was only the second time that purchasing a car was actually a something fun to do, not like usually going to a dentist! I will always use this dealer, even though he is 45 miles away, because the people are so nice and sincere to deal with. They bent over backwards to get the price that I want, even though it could have always been lower for anyone. You won't regret a visit for service, or just to look at what's new! More

No pressure I really had a great time buying my first car and I was happy I did it with Dorsch. I had been to other dealers and got pushed toward cars that were out of my price range while when I was at Dorsch Kyle did a very good job fairly showing me cars I could afford and being very informative. He was also very good at communicating and setting up times for me to come test drive, along with staying late to help me find a car I really liked and could afford. Debbie was great with explaining things through the financing process. She went through every document and let me know my options whether it monetarily helped the company or not. I really felt as if both these employees understood that I was a young college student and didn't want to take advantage of my lack of experience buying and financing a vehicle. More

There was a slight rust spot on the hood which he said they will take care off. Meeting Mark the next day to finish paperwork was very much no nonsense. He had everything ready for us, explained all of our paperwork and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. It is very refreshing to know that there are still sales people and business people who want to work with you and want to gain your trust.
