Dorsch service is exceptional! Everyone we worked with was very cordial, inviting and gave the impression that they wanted you to be there. We have had the complete opposite experience at another Ford de was very cordial, inviting and gave the impression that they wanted you to be there. We have had the complete opposite experience at another Ford dealership in a neighboring town. We were happy to make our purchase with a dealership that wanted our business. More

He worked around my schedule and even brought a vehicle for me to see while I was working! When I went to pick up my awesome new car I was not only greeted by a friendly salesman named Ryan, I was also helped immediately by another Ryan who was just as fast and engaging! I can't say enough wonderful things about these three guys and I highly suggest that you go to Dorsch for any of your vehicle needs! Bought a 2010 used vehicle yesterday and can't say enough good things about this dealership, the staff, particulary Mike Klug, and the vehicle itself! Great place to do business. Everyone at the Dorsch dealership was friendly and helpful. My salesperson, Casey, was great at getting my questions answered on the new Kia Optima that I purchased. We did quite a bit of emailing back and forth and he kept me informed on the whole process as I live 90 miles from the dealership. I love my car! More
I received a quote over the Internet and went in to have my trade looked at. Nell is who I emailed and Jim helped me on arrival. Not sure if they were under staffed but it seemed like I was waiting a lot. W my trade looked at. Nell is who I emailed and Jim helped me on arrival. Not sure if they were under staffed but it seemed like I was waiting a lot. Waited for someone to greet me, waited while they found someone to help me, waited while they found a car for me to test drive, wait for appraisal of my vehicle, waited for them to give me final price, waited for them to give me back my keys so I could leave. I was disappointed on amount they were giving me on my trade. Also disappointed that the payments they quoted me were not for the apr I was looking at. It was one they made up. They said that was because they didn't know my credit score, well run it and you would see I qualify for the one I was expecting. More
My 2012 Kia was taken in for a failed instrument cluster. It was promised in about a week and completed, BUT: I asked that an oil change and tire rotation be done while it was there, and was told all work It was promised in about a week and completed, BUT: I asked that an oil change and tire rotation be done while it was there, and was told all work was complete the day prior to pickup. After paying for the servicing and returning home, I noted that the multi-point inspection report card had "NO" written next to the tire rotation. Upon looking at my receipt, it stated on the last page "No tool for locking lug nuts". I called and spoke with Shane Smith, the person that had assured me all was done. He spoke with the technician, who stated that the tool was not in my vehicle (the service department doesn't have tools?) Shane called me back to explain this, and as instructed, I checked in the tire kit area of my car, and promptly found that tool. He then offered to let me chose a trip back for the rotation (an 80 mile round trip) or refund for the tire rotation. As they didn't do the rotation in the week they had the vehicle (and tool), and considering the waste of time and fuel to reschedule, drive there, have the work done and return, I requested the refund. A check for $ 17.88 was received several days later. Checking with closer dealer, I was told a tire rotation was $ 19.99. Now additional time must be wasted in scheduling the incomplete work, driving, waiting for the rotation to be done, and I will have to pay additionally. The instrument cluster does seem to working appropriately now, so that's great. Assuming the oil change was really done, that's great. The tire rotation not done - very bad. Overall experience - frustrating on the tire rotation part. Had all been done, the rating would have been great overall. More

I was lied to by Ray Besaw. He told me to come in they had a Navigator in stock to look at. When I arrived within an hour, there was no Navigator, in fact Ray had left due to an injury. I was treated the had a Navigator in stock to look at. When I arrived within an hour, there was no Navigator, in fact Ray had left due to an injury. I was treated the worst salesman I have ever experienced in Tom Besaw. He said he'd pay my wife $500 if we found a Navigator somewhere else, he physically challenged me to a fight and then insulted us by saying we couldn't afford this vehicle. If he is your salesman, I'd stop and either leave or ask for someone not named Besaw. More
