I was very happy with my experience at Dorsch. I have had issues with the dealership in past and was actually just driving in the lot to check out vehicles. I just purchased my second Kia from Dorsch Ford Kia. My husband and I were treated great. All the people there were so friendly. Ray Besaw was so patient with me and let me try several new cars. I had been looking at several dealerships in the Green Bay area for the purchase of a new automobile over the past six months. It had been over ten years since my last new car purchase. The moment I walked in the door of Dorsch Ford I felt comfortable. After meeting with Cory Neville and discussing the options of a lease vs. purchase, I decided to think about the decision for a few days. During that time Cory kept in touch but did not make me feel pressured to make a decision. He patiently answered all my questions that came up. After a week I made the decision to purchase a new Lincoln MKX. Best new car decision I have ever made. Thanks Cory for being a great sales rep and thanks Debbie for getting the effortless financing arrangement for me. More
I go to Dorsch Ford and, specifically, Joe, is because he is so friendly and he explains things to me, which I appreciate! He tries he hardest to let me know if there are multiple things wrong with my car, h is so friendly and he explains things to me, which I appreciate! I BOUGHT MY FIRST VECHILE FROM DORSCH. TOM BESAW WAS MY SALESMAN. MY CREDIT SCORES WERE LOW BUT I BOUGHT A 2002 MERCURY SABLE. When I started looking for heavy duty trucks, I went to the big 3. I asked each sales manager to give me a salesperson that is knowledgeable in trucks, as it will make a difference in whether I buy from th the big 3. I asked each sales manager to give me a salesperson that is knowledgeable in trucks, as it will make a difference in whether I buy from them or not. Steve Collins was by far more knowledgable about the vehicles than any other salesperson at Chevy, GMC, or Dodge. I felt the salespeople at the other dealerships were answering questions about thier vehicles based on thier best guess that would help the sale. They didn't seem to know thier product. And I felt I was being misled. Steve didn't do that. In fact, he gave honest answers that due to weight capacities, took Ford off my list initially. But I appreciated Steve's knowledge and honesty. After driving the other vehicles from the competitors, I came back to Ford, and Steve. We upgraded to a weight capacity that WOULD work for us, and were please with that decision to go with Ford and Steve. Steve Collins is an excellent sales rep if you are looking at purchasing a truck, and especially if you will be towing. When we picked up the vehicle, Steve spent a very long time with us showing us every detail of the instrument panel and sync options. I rarely fill these ratings out on products, but I would highly recommend purchasing from Steve and Dorsch. More
