Trouble with my touch screen Love Dorsch Ford! I bought my car from them in 2014 and have had it ever since. I always have it serviced with them either at Eaton Rd. or Linevill Love Dorsch Ford! I bought my car from them in 2014 and have had it ever since. I always have it serviced with them either at Eaton Rd. or Lineville Rd. locations and I am always taken care of with speed and courtesy. Came in for my regular oil change but was also having trouble with my touch screen. The Entertainment section would not come up. They had to resent the system but it works fine now. Henry Cobb was friendly and courteous even though I showed up from out of town a half hour early. Charges were not covered under my warranty but the bill was not bad regardless. Thanks again Dorsch. Had a little confusion with the secretary that I called initially to set up an appointment but caught it when they sent me an appointment confirmation email. More

I came in on a Saturday in a panic because my vehicle kept clunking out and the A I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dorsch Ford. I came in on a Saturday in a panic because my vehicle kept clunking out and the AWD off light came on along with the wrench. They told me because they were busy and had a full schedule it was possible it wouldn’t get fixed that day but on Monday. Rob assured me they would try their hardest to get it fixed. Much to my surprise I got a call 2 hours later telling me my car was ready for pick up. The service from start to finish was amazing! I will definitely be back! More

Service confusion, costs and time?? Service advisor quoted me a price of $140 to fix the service engine soon light and that I could wait cuz it would take a couple hours max. I explained I had other things to do and left my F150 EcoBoost there, but asked to advise what you find and I’d pick it up later in the day. Went to pick it up and the bill was $764+.
