Since this cash purchase over 3 weeks ago and was told 5-7 days we'd receive the title to be able to register it the dealership has grossly dropped the ball. First two weeks i was told almost daily it was being worked after 3 weeks and no title talked to Sales Mgr. Whi tells me the title had the original owners wrong address. First how can they sell a car if they dont have a legitimate title, second sounds like no one was calling the bank to get the issues resolved. Now we have a car we can register nor drive all on Dover Chevrolet failing to follow-up. Let's see how much longer this takes! And if they're really engaged daily, as I was told again, to get this sent out to us. This has put our vacation trip in shambles because we can't drive the car.
