Al Lepler assisted me with all of my questions and arranged for a test drive in no time and in one stress free evening and I drove home in a brand new 2016 CRV! This is my first time leasing a vehicle and I am happy about taking this approach. Sarah Northrup helped me in the business office, and was very helpful and personable. Snow Tires I normally go to BJ's to purchase my tires, but they didn't have my size. A friend of mine suggested I call Honda. Not only did they have my size, but I normally go to BJ's to purchase my tires, but they didn't have my size. A friend of mine suggested I call Honda. Not only did they have my size, but they were also cheaper and better quality than BJ's. It only took an hour to have all 4 tires installed and balanced. Great service at a great price. Drove in for service, without an appointment. Drove in for service, without an appointment, late on a Saturday afternoon, which happened to be the day of their Holiday Party. Needed tires. Without blinking an eye, they found my tire selection in stock, replaced the tires, did an alignment, road tested and even washed my car! The following Monday we had a snow/ice storm and if it had not been for the Service Group at Dover Honda, I am sure I would have had a huge problem driving to work in the storm - maybe even an accident. Great service I went in on a Monday late after work (6pm) to take a look at a car I found on their website. Their sales associate Alan not only showed me the vehicl I went in on a Monday late after work (6pm) to take a look at a car I found on their website. Their sales associate Alan not only showed me the vehicle right away, but got me a test drive in no time. He was earnest, professional, answered all of my questions, and put no pressure on me to make an offer at all.. And after I decided that I did want to make an offer and lock up the very great deal I had found, both him and the financier stayed an hour past their closing time (I was there until after 9pm) to try and iron out my financing and allow me to drive off the lot that night. Although they could not finish the financing that night (all of the banks were closed), I placed a down payment and planned to return the next day to finalize the deal. that next day Alan offered to pick me up from work and drive me up to the dealership so i didn't have to drive as far to pick up my car after. He picked me up right on time with no issue, and I was able to get my financing wrapped up and drive the car off the lot in just over an hour (which is not bad at all considering the extensive coverage they will offer you for a certified used car). I was treated with respect and I was given time to consider all of my options and not pressured to purchase anything extra at all. The entire experience was nothing but positive. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. More
