Have bought from and referred to PAULA Have bought several vehicles and never have I had the most unsuspected, wonderful experience I had with Paula at Dover Honda. She asked me about what I wanted and needed not only in the vehicle, but my budget, use of the vehicle and helped me decide what worked more for my needs vs just what I thought was a "good looking Accord" Paula was also attentive to the time, if I may be hungry, needed a drink or even offered the opportunity for me to simply take a walk and stretch my legs. It wasn't that I was sitting along time ... it was more about making my time there enjoyable and definitely comfortable. The new building is fantastic and they have a great kids room (watched as Paula made sure a video was playing for the children who's Dad was waiting in their service department). I found the vibe throughout the whole place to be positive and upbeat. I am really happy with my decision to purchase from this dealership.
