Paula is Amazing! Paula was really great at helping us choose the best vehicle for our future. Everyone I encountered at Dover Honda took this dedication to a whole new level. I knew I was going to buy a car from this dealership the moment I met Paula Redden out in the community before ever having stepped foot on the lot. Paula is a character: genuine, patient, honest and terribly funny. She didn’t push me to jump into anything too quickly, which is one of the biggest deterrents from buying from a dealership or interacting with most sales reps to begin with. Some time had passed after my first few inquiries on a couple of used cars but I finally showed my face. Paula was unavailable that day which made me a little nervous, but that soon subsided the second that I shook hands with her coworker, Josh Hersey. From start to finish working with Josh was effortless. Although he is incredibly knowledgeable, it is his genuinely kind and sincere personality that took me from my initial hesitation in buying, to making the purchase without the least bit of fear or doubt (which I am very prone to). Josh clearly loves his job and his customers. He is an absolute asset to this dealership. I work in healthcare in the Emergency Department. No patient wants to be there and their fear can be debilitating. This is similar to how I have always felt when trying to buy a car, until now.
