Awesome buying experience I normally do not write good reviews, but I have to in this case. I have walked into many, I mean many dealerships. Dark ones with rat caves you know I normally do not write good reviews, but I have to in this case. I have walked into many, I mean many dealerships. Dark ones with rat caves you know where the sales manager sits, water stains on the ceiling, fluorescent light blinking, to more modern ones with tvs playing loudly and sales were wearing way too much cologne ready to pounce, to sofisticated three piece suit wearing, won't give you the time of day ones. Dover Honda was completely different. Very bright inside with white painted industrial ceiling, led lighting in the offices, glass half walls between sitting areas with lots of room and not cramped. Music was playing on a Bluetooth player, John Mayer was playing I believe, but it was not loud. Service area was quiet, with separate private areas for the use of computers, clean child play area, and very clean bathrooms. The few hours my son and I were inside we dealt with Paula, and Gary the finance guy and it was Casual dress. As it was raining outside, the vehicle was pulled in to well lit area, to go over every detail with my son as it is his first vehicle. Friendly, casual, not pushy, some mistakes were made not only by myself but Gary as well and no pissy attitudes came out. Awesome. It also helps greatly if you do your research on the web to find out what vehicle you like, it's flaws, www.carcomplaints.com, and find out what dealership has them. I know some vehicles have problems and people have attitudes, but go have fun here at Dover Honda, coffee is good ;). I hear they are linked with the Chevy dealership next door. Never been inside there but they have big standards compared to Honda. More

Excellent overll experience Allan was very knowledgable of the civic and I enjoyed his no pressure demeanor. You treated us with respect, consideration and humor and you listened to our concerns and answered our questions. I think you are great at what you do because you are an excellent person. The car drives like a dream and floats like a cloud. I'm still learning the computer aspects, but feeling more and more comfortable all the time. I love the readouts and seeing the arc go from green to white as I drive in and out of 'aggressive' mode. It feels quite luxurious and the heated seats are great is this deep freeze.
