He was patient and helpful and I ended up getting a Ridgeline the next day and have been extremely happy with it. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and nice, the dealership was spotless, and could not of been more comfortable. I would highly recommend looking at vehicles at Dover Honda. More

Very disappointed! Although the people are friendly, they did state they would waive lease return fee, not once, not twice, but three times! Even after shaking our hands and saying it had been given! Then having the gall to say we misunderstood although we have a “Certified” stamped P&S w/o the fee signed by them and us! Will not recommend them to anyone! Never have run into this with any dealership previously and will not go back! Honesty should always be the best policy. More

Staff were all very friendly and helpful to correct an issue Brought my 2017 in for service as the dash and middle console was going black and rolling through all screens for no reason when traveling or sitting Brought my 2017 in for service as the dash and middle console was going black and rolling through all screens for no reason when traveling or sitting idol. The look the vehicle apart and could not fix this problem. They assisted placing me in a new 2019 vehicle for just about same cost on the least. I am happy with my new leases. Some changes to the vehicle that seem a little less quality than the 2017, but over all thrilled. More

He was also a good tutor for my car and all of the new bells and whistles that came with it. I've always liked this dealership and have brought my car into the shop even when I didn't own a Honda! My experience in the sales arena has been equally pleasant. Everyone is super nice. My only negative review is that Charlie, Paula's frenchie was not on the show room floor for the purchase or the delivery. ;) I know she is a part timer, but Charlie is good for morale for both customers and employees alike!
