accommodating I called with a flat tire that needed to be attended to. I was able to get in that day without a problem. I was contacted within 2 hours of getting vehicle towed there and was told the diagnosis and fix. I was called again to indeed confirm the tire was able to be fixed and the car was ready. great communication and very accomodating More

Excellent service, great communication I brought my car in for registration and an oil change and when I got there I was offered 60k mile service. He helped me point out all the new features in the car and showed me how to use everything that I would possibly need to know about the vehicle. One thing I was very disappointed with was the final cost of the vehicle. I ended up paying for the freight/delivery/dealership fee, and the capital cost of the car was $3,000 higher than MSRP. My final cost of the car ended up being just below MSRP which is basically retail price. As a longterm customer and this being my 2nd vehicle, I expected a better price and wish I did more homework. The dealership did cover the final payments of my old lease ( 5 months) and provided excess damage protection on the new vehicle as I expect to get a nice big bill from my previous vehicle since the dealership did not want to buy it. More

The inspection report was provided,thru email, then a detailed pricing estimate was attached. The service dept then let me select the work to complete. After evaluating the pricing estimate was then revised. I was informed of any changes from this game plan, by the service representative handling my vehicle. Concerning the cars age an after market warranty is in effect. The service rep talked to or negotiated with the Warranty business, to determine what repairs were covered thru the warranty. Finally the car was ready when the Service rep indicated. Overall a very pleasing experience, the staff was respectful and knowledgeable concerning the car. Finally, I intend to schedule an appointment for other items from the inspection report in time. Thank you and a great job More
