Fast friendly service We were traveling through from Arkansas enroute to Boothbay Harbor, Maine and realized we were overdue for an oil change. We called the nearest dealer We were traveling through from Arkansas enroute to Boothbay Harbor, Maine and realized we were overdue for an oil change. We called the nearest dealership and asked if we could come in. We were in and out in little over an hour, 10 point inspection, air filter changed, tires rotated, burnt out bulb replaced & oil changed. The entire staff was professional and courteous, & just couldn’t have been nicer. They even washed and vacuumed out my poor tired Pilot! My husband and I are so thankful for the people at Dover Honda and all their help, they really helped make our trip! Thanks guys! More

After I made an initial inquiry and set up a time to look at vehicles, Paula contacted me to get a clear idea of my budget and what I was looking for. I live over an hour away, so it was nice knowing there were vehicles on the lot that made sense for me to look at. I had a recent bad experience at another dealership and was nervous about going through the process all over again but Paula was immediately friendly and put me at ease. Whenever I had a question I felt like I got honest, straightforward responses, and never felt “pushed” into making decisions like I have at other dealerships. I ended up deciding on a car fairly late in the day but Brad in Sales and Marsha in the business office stayed after hours to make sure everything was all set. I enjoyed hanging out with Brad at his desk and chatting about living in Maine vs. New Hampshire, and playing with Paula’s sweet dog, Charley. :) I am so happy with the Honda CR-V that I bought and it was great to have on our family camping trip last week. I would definitely come to see Paula and the rest of the Dover Honda team again! More

Third time's a charm I took my high-mileage CRV to two other dealerships last year before landing at Dover Honda, more than two hours from my home. Ironically, they're the only facility to actually spend any amount of time with my car. I explained that we live in a fairly remote area and that I also frequently use my vehicle for road trips; therefore, I need it to get me wherever I'm going and back again. Jim McIntyre put together a comprehensive list of items that needed to be fixed ASAP, items that would need attention soon, and items that would need consideration at the major mileage intervals. Such a list allowed us to thoughtfully weigh the total cost of repairs before making decisions. Jim is an excellent service advisor and we trust his guidance and advice. As a result, I have a trustworthy vehicle that runs great and still earns its keep. I know the day will come when I'll have to replace it, and I'll likely select another Honda because I've found a team I trust to take care of it. More
