Dear Honda Fan, Thank you for bringing this to our attention as these reviews are our only source of feedback in which we can improve upon our processes. Dover Honda now uses the Express Service lane for all oil changes, tire rotations, bulb replacements and other smaller services. Unfortunately we are unable to remove the oil change option from our online scheduling system however someone should have called you letting you know that an appointment was not necessary. I spoke with the Service Manager to ensure that we are calling customers who try to book appointments for an oil change. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
