Should have known better, in a previous service they missed an oil pressure sensor leak and suggested unneeded service instead. Honda makes great cars, too bad the dealers aren't up to that standard. They want to make it too so expensive to fix a car so they can keep selling new ones. If I was a Honda mechanic I would start a repair shop for just Honda's and not cheat people. I would call it Honda's Fixed Fairly. More

I felt like she was interested in helping me not just trying to sell me on something I was not necessarily interested it. We had just gotten out of the car when a man started vacumning the interior. Tawny Reyes took our information and directed us to a large pleasant waiting area. After a short wait our car was ready; the oil changed, fluid levels inspected, tire inflationchecked and corrected as needed, clean and lubed the door hinges and window channels,checked the exterior lightsand inspected the wipers. ALL THIS WAS DONE WITH A SMILE. iF I COULD I WOULD ALWAYS BRING MY oDDESSY TO DOVER hONDA BUT IT IS JUST TOO FAR TO DRIVE FROM CLEARWATER FL. More

Very accommodating I scheduled online and made a mistake as to the type of servic I needed. Turns out it was going to be 3 hours and I had a scheduling conflict. James I scheduled online and made a mistake as to the type of servic I needed. Turns out it was going to be 3 hours and I had a scheduling conflict. James, my service rep was great. He called service to alert them, got me a loaner, and later called me to tell me that my brakes pads were badly worn (thank goodness they caught that). He called when the car was ready and took a while to explain exactly what was done and why. He was great. Highly recommend Dover Honda. More
Much Improved I have had trouble in the past with the service department of Dover Honda wherein they did not return calls to set an appointment; never answered thei I have had trouble in the past with the service department of Dover Honda wherein they did not return calls to set an appointment; never answered their phones to set an appointment and I had to have my salesman intervene to make contact on 2 separate occasions. Having had a serious discussion with the service manager "Nick" and asked to return to their store for service, I relented and did return where I was treated well, with respect , and found them displaying a much different attitude, one devoid of arrogance, and instilling in the customer a sense of true caring, for both the customer, and, the vehicle. Prior to this visit, if I was asked where I bought my SUV and if I was happy with it, I would tell them to visit the Sales dept., and ask for either Rick Stern, my salesman, or his manager, Bruce Sellars and they would be very happy with their purchase. I would also tell them to stay away from the service dept. But no longer. I give not only the Sales department, once again, the highest rating possible, but now also, through the efforts of both " Nick", our Honda Service Mgr, and James, our Honda Service Advisor, I give a well earned THANK YOU, and high ratings for displaying those traits so necessary in achieving customer loyalty, by making my wife and I feel both welcomed and at ease during our visit. Kudos to all of you. More
Emergency brake failure. I had an emergency and had to stop in without an appointment. The Service Writer was excellent. The problem was quickly assessed and resolved.
