My experience with the dealership was fairly average. I had scheduled an appointment with the sales rep, so when I arrived, everything went smoothly regarding the vehicle I was interested in and the trad I had scheduled an appointment with the sales rep, so when I arrived, everything went smoothly regarding the vehicle I was interested in and the trade-in I had. However, the next day, I noticed there was a brown overspray covering the entire car, which became apparent upon closer inspection. For a new car, the surface felt unusually rough. Concerned, I visited a nearby Hyundai dealer to get a second opinion, and their mechanic confirmed the presence of overspray. The following day, I contacted Downey Hyundai to speak with the manager. Despite making three attempts, I was told the manager was always in a meeting. I left a message explaining the issue but never received a response. It’s been several days now, and I still haven't heard back. While the salesperson and finance person were great during the sale, it’s been challenging to get any assistance post-purchase. More
