**Horrible Experience at Downey Hyundai - Avoid at All Costs!** I am beyond disappointed with the service at Downey Hyundai. My family and I recently purchased an SUV from this dealership, and our expe Costs!** I am beyond disappointed with the service at Downey Hyundai. My family and I recently purchased an SUV from this dealership, and our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. First off, the contract explicitly stated that we would receive an extra key with our purchase. Guess what? No extra key was provided. When we approached the dealership about this, they gave us the runaround and have yet to resolve the issue. Secondly, the car was sold to us as certified, yet it has significant problems with the rear rotors. Additionally, we discovered that the air filter was old and hadn't been replaced. How does a certified vehicle leave the lot with such basic issues? To make matters worse, there were missing parts promised to be sent to us within a few weeks of the sale. It has been months, and we haven't received anything. The managers at Downey Hyundai are completely unhelpful and seem to be nothing but con artists. They make promises they don't keep and avoid addressing our concerns. I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. They are untrustworthy and provide abysmal customer service. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. More
