They were also supposed to pick us up the next morning but kept delaying, having a new excuse every time we called. We finally had enough and took an uber ride over to the dealership. When we arrived. We insisted we absolutely had to be on the road. So she made a call to service and with in minutes our car arrived around front. We live in north carolina and were passing through. These people clearly tried to rip us off and had no concern for our schedule. I would not trust or recommend them to any one ever More

Should have better customer support There was only one key with the car we were getting. So I asked if this was a chip key we need to make a second key part of the deal. The salesman Ethan S. told me it was just a regular key so ok fine I can make my own copy. Then I find out when I went to get my key made that it is in fact a chip key and would cost $70 to make. I called Ethan back and explained this he offered to make a key cheaper but I explained how I had mention this before the deal and it would have been part of the deal when we got the car. He said he would have to check on this with management, that was three days ago. He has not responded to messages I have left or contacted me on his own. Before the deal he kept saying he would not lose a deal over a couple of hundred dollars which he didn't have to because he gave out misinformation and got the deal! Also he kept boosting how Duval Ford demanded good customer service from its sales force but I guess that is just before the deal is completed! More

Salesman; Gabriel Valenzuela Recently I had the privilege to shop for my next vehicle at Duvall Ford, (Jacksonville). My family and I live in Flagler County, but while shopping on Recently I had the privilege to shop for my next vehicle at Duvall Ford, (Jacksonville). My family and I live in Flagler County, but while shopping on line I came across a 2007 Green Toyota Camry CE that had 123,000 miles and for the most part, my mind was made up on getting this car until Gabriel from Duvall's FORD internet sales team introduced me to the 2012 Metallic Ford Fusion SEL with only 23,000 miles, that came with all the bells and whistles, more than I could had imagined made possible to a driver on a budget. Well, Gabriel was more than just a salesman, Gabriel was an awesome listener, took notes and heck, even took the time to pray with my wife and I when it was obvious that we had too many choices and needed to decide on the best choice. Honestly, Gabriel gave us plenty of room and time to make the choice that my better half (my wife) and I felt was the best choice. You see, prior to visiting Duvall Ford, Gabriel had an idea what type of vehicle we needed which fell with-in our family budget and diametric s within the first 2 minutes of our telephone conversation and put me into the right vehicle instantly. As mentioned, I was given plenty of time to observe other options, each time leaning toward the one Gab had recommended all the long, you guessed it, the 2012 Ford Fusion SEL. Within a couple short hours, with Gabriels leadership and the awesome staff at Duvall, God's miracle produced a Beautiful, economical vehicle that perfectly fit our family. His Finance manager, Rafael Delgado closed us with an incredible package. I highly recommend this team anytime you are considering buying and your needing the best deal from the best team.
