Best experience!!! My daughter purchased her 1st car at a local dealership 11-2015 after having the car approx 7 days the car broke down on her. To make a long story short the car broke down a total of three times for the same problem. After all the aggravation that dealership agreed to undo the deal and refund the down payment. We then went to Duval Ford (by referral) and was quickly greeted by Terrance Lundy at that very second i knew that my daughter was in GREAT hands. Mr. Lundy then introduced us to Chris Smith and they both IMMEDIATELY assisted us. After being there only 3 hours from start to finish my daughter walked out with a 2014 and the vehicle had only 500 miles. i will always be grateful they men was polite and VERY professional i highly recommend this dealership!!! Best car buying experience out of 6 dealers I spent 2 weeks negotiating and arguing over prices, rebates, and options with 5 other dealerships. It was tiring. Luckily I found a truck at Duval with more options and emailed a quote before the dealership opened. I received a reply at 0901 as soon as they opened. The salesman actually texted me and we had come to an agreement through texting before 1000 am. It was awesome!!! I didn't get pressured to come in and talk, we had everything wrapped up in 1 hour. Once at the dealership everyone greeted me and was very curious. First time I was actually at ease at any dealership. Everybody was completely honest and helpful. Duval Ford and their salesman are above par and other dealerships need to take some notes. Sales Manager William Law and Sales Associate Pat Sipe were my salesman and I will definitely be sending business to them by name. More

The deal worked out after a few days of small issues in financing. The Finance Wizards in the made some magic back there and was able to pull a nice APR and reasonable monthly payment. i regret that i do not remember the person in finance that was able to work the APR down so low. I will and have suggested Duval ford many times to many friends and family, as my wife and myself have purchased 4 vehicles from this great Dealer. More
