The worst customer service I have ever encountered. They keep sending you automated emails from so called "sales manager" who can never be reached on the phone and will never reply to emails. Sales person who finally reached out to me and tried to help, the next week she was gone, found a better place to work at where managers actually do some work and don't rely on automated email replies! Horrible service scheduled my appointment for my car told Mike to service my whole suspension and steering. was given it back not completed just leaving the place you could tell the steering was still off . Mike to service my whole suspension and steering. was given it back not completed just leaving the place you could tell the steering was still off .the bushings on my strut tower one is busting off one isnt there when it was all suspose to be done properly which is not the case.also mike calls me 5 or 6 days later and is trying to add to my ticket work he did the Job isn't even complete .why would you give me the car back knowing it would need more steering parts and another alignment????? My experience with Rick was amazing- he takes great care of customers, answers any and all questions, got a dent removed, exceptional customer service! My financing however was less than desirable- Robert W of customers, answers any and all questions, got a dent removed, exceptional customer service! My financing however was less than desirable- Robert Ward did not listen to anything I said and basically demanded I buy an extended warranty, I told him repeatedly I did not wish to purchase it and then he told me I would not be financed without it! I returned within weeks and returned the warranty! Shame on him for doing this to customers! Go see Rick you won’t be Sorry! A1 service! More
