I’ve traded in two vehicles and purchased two vehicles from this dealership. I went in today to trade in my vehicle and get a newer model. Even if I accepted what I considered a low offer for my trade, th from this dealership. I went in today to trade in my vehicle and get a newer model. Even if I accepted what I considered a low offer for my trade, their first document for final price with $199 administrative fee didn’t even include the advertised discounts I qualified for. I spent another 10 minutes explaining that they weren’t including the dealer discounts to include loyalty discount. They even shorted the trade assist by $100. It’s crazy because I have had great experiences in the past, but I spent like an hour at the dealership and it felt like negotiating for advertised discounts. I did not trade or buy today. I just wasted my time going out in public during a pandemic for nothing. They must be trying to make up for lost sales or something. Totally disappointed with my experience today. Update: Multiple emails later from Ryan after seeing my negative review and a call from Jim Russo and they finally offered the online advertised discounts. But after that experience and the subtle implications that I was being unreasonable for hours in person, in email, and on the phone, I’m not completing the transactions. A bad experience made worse. It should not take that much time to get advertised pricing. Please note, that after I left a bad review, I was contacted and guilt tripped by Ryan about it. Sorry for your first bad Review. Maybe double check online pricing if your customers seems like they know basic math? More
