Buying a car for the first time in 19 years Bob Reasoner was great in assisting me with my first purchase since 1999 (I drove the wheels off my Expedition), and I was fairly intimidated/out of p Bob Reasoner was great in assisting me with my first purchase since 1999 (I drove the wheels off my Expedition), and I was fairly intimidated/out of practice to begin the process. He recognized that, wasn't pushy, let me peruse the lot and test a few. I selected a 4 yr old Explorer. Elco replaced the battery and repaired a very minor armrest seam issue in an otherwise spotless interior, one-owner vehicle. Brad Grellner also made the entire "money" process as easy as Bob made the sale portion of the evening. I was surprised how fast, easy and seamless the experience was for me. Thanks! More
