NOT a teeth-pulling experience! Not having purchased a NEW auto since 1998, this old guy was schooled in how it's done now. The process is way-less stressful and a big part of that was due to the professional demeanor of those on the sales staff @ ELCO. The gentlemen we were aided by made us instantly comfortable with the process. Still do your homework in advance of interacting with the dealership. Given our parameters, ELCO found us the car that had ALL our wants and needs. We left with our purchase feeling satisfied with the price, but also left feeling like we bought from old friends/acquaintances in how we were treated during the process. I trust that we will be treated well in the future at ELCO. Jim Russo, Eric Cromer, and Bill VanOyen were amazing in just how quickly they made us feel welcome and important in each step in the process. They all have great "people skills" and never made my wife and me feel less than relaxed and comfortable in our discussions, never feeling the need to pressure us for a sale.
