I had changed my mind enroute and wanted to explore a second option that they had on their lot. My salesman Murray was pulling my first choice up to the front when I arrived and quickly located my second. Despite the second being more expensive he made it clear that I was under no pressure and no time limit to think about it. I was given keys to both vehicles and told a suggest route for a test drive if I wanted to follow it, but was able to drive around on my own. After deciding I also found that when adding options to my choice that I was not pressured into purchasing. Things were pointed out to me, but on the whole at no point was it pushed. Compared to other dealers I have dealt with this time around it was very much no hassle. The price was the price, there was no back and forth and frankly their price was good which is why I drove so far. More
Don’t buy a car from them! I purchased a used car from them on 2/14/18. My mirrors tilt when in reverse well one stopped working I called my salesman he didn’t respond so i made I purchased a used car from them on 2/14/18. When i took the car the advisor informed me that he was told by the used car manager they wouldn’t pay for it. Now I’m stuck with a car with a half working mirror. He told me he would pay half of the repair. Like I mentioned i got the car 2/14 and today is 2/27. I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy! More

Hunt for Colorado ends in Ballwin I don’t buy cars very often, and wasn’t looking forward to the “dealership” experience that I have had in the past. Ryan presented me with both new an I don’t buy cars very often, and wasn’t looking forward to the “dealership” experience that I have had in the past. Ryan presented me with both new and pre-owned solutions, and had two vehicles cleaned up and waiting for me when I arrived. The negotiations were pretty straightforward and I feel I received a good deal on a well equipped pre-owned Colorado. To my surprise I was handed off to “up sell” sales guy whose job it was to sell more products to compliment my vehicle. This wasn’t a high pressure experience, thankfully, and I understand it’s a common practice with many car dealerships. I did purchase the Resist All protection plan which I think I’m going to learn to regret, after reading the reviews on the internet. That’s my bad for not being an informed consumer. I was then passed on to the finance professional, Brad. This was a very good experience. I was glad to see that the dealership uses a high tech signing system to reduce the amount of paper used. After all the “business” was complete, Ryan took the time to help this old guy pair his phone to the vehicle and show me some key features. Overall I felt this was a very good experience. More
