Lamarr directed me to another vehicle based on my expectations that was a not a markup, but was more consistent with what I told him I was looking for. Again, not harassed with phone calls and Lamarr was honest in his evaluation of the price and vehicle. I passed on that car and he promised to keep me informed if something similar came in. Lamarr contacted me about a great deal on a new vehicle that was one model year old. It fit what I wanted and the price was in the range. Easy to deal with, polite, fair in negotiations. Lamarr is a great a guy and a far cry from the stereotype you have a used car salesman. I bought the car and was very happy with the process and the salesmen. I strongly recommend ELCO and Lamarr. I also dealt with Brian Bailey and Cissy Brinker during the process. They were consistent with my experiences with Lamarr and Terrence. Overall I walked away feeling I was dealt with fairly by an honest company. That says a lot in the car sales business. More

We spent about 30-45min going over details, what was in stock and what he could get and do for me and handed all this information that he collected over the phone to Murray Newton at Elco Chevrolet in Ballwin so he could reduce the wait time in getting my vehicle search ready and I was unbelievably IMPRESSED with these two gentleman's professionalism, attention to detail, and knowledge of the vehicle. I am so happy with the level of service we received with Robert and Murray and walked out with my new truck.
