I went to the dealership ready for war. I expected a long process where I was worn down by trips to the manager and confusing fees. As soon as Jimmy walked up and shook my hand, I felt the I expected a long process where I was worn down by trips to the manager and confusing fees. As soon as Jimmy walked up and shook my hand, I felt the tension leave me. He is genuinely helpful and caring. He sent us off on a test drive alone and the only fee was an admin fee that was expected. Transparent pricing and no games at all. I will definitely come again when I need my next vehicle. More
