Honestly this was the best car buying experience I have ever had! I drive 4.5 hours to get there and when I did. Everything was ready! Rick did an amazing job, he was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to show us all of the features of our new vehicle. The problem was AFTER the sale. We had to wait FOREVER for the finance departmen and took the time to show us all of the features of our new vehicle. The problem was AFTER the sale. We had to wait FOREVER for the finance department to process our paperwork and we were not even financing the vehicle through the dealership. It took what could have been a couple hour process and turned it into a whole day thing. More
