I don't like to wait and I don't like high pressure. I know if I like a car, and I know if I can afford it. I drove in, asked to drive a car and within 3 minutes I had the keys and was off driving with no know if I like a car, and I know if I can afford it. I drove in, asked to drive a car and within 3 minutes I had the keys and was off driving with no sales person tagging along. In less than 2 hours from when I pulled in I traded in my old car and left with my new car. Easy. More
Disappointed with their service department. I have a nail in my AWD Cadillac XT5 and called in the morning to find out about getting it fixed. Must replace all 4 tires because of AWD. When I called back to set up the appointment, no one could help me. I was assured someone would call back before 6--you guessed it--no one called. I know the tires are able to get in quickly but was told service is backed up. Very upset could not even get a call back when I called twice to set up an appointment. And on top of it was treated rudely by the women who answered the phone. Was thinking of getting another Cadillac there, but after this--no way. More

HORRIBLE Service! HORRIBLE Service. I even tried to resolve this issue with the General Manager- she was rude and snippy, no help at all. Multiple issues on our ATS, ha HORRIBLE Service. I even tried to resolve this issue with the General Manager- she was rude and snippy, no help at all. Multiple issues on our ATS, has to go back after every repair for the same issue to be fixed, or they can't even find it and we have to point it out. Interior is always dirty with grease every time we get it back, etc, etc. Engine failure on this car at 18K miles...piston failure. Ask dealer to call and discuss engine replacement VS just piston replacement...call back and say it's done and only replaced pistons. 2 days later, car makes a pop, loses all engine power, making loud noises and smelling like oil. Service dept doesn't want to hear the complaints and seems annoyed to help. Good luck winning back European car customers Cadillac...dealer service like this is why we'll be going back to a European brand. I work in the automotive field and this is xxxx poor service. Wouldn't recommend Elco, GM, or Cadillac to ANYONE! More
