I took my GMC Sierra in because of a hesitation I was feeling during acceleration thinking it was a torque converter or worse transmission issue. The shop dropped the pan to see if any metal was in the o feeling during acceleration thinking it was a torque converter or worse transmission issue. The shop dropped the pan to see if any metal was in the oil pan which is never good and I was happy to find out there was nine. The shop added fresh oil and changed a small part so far so good. I never write reviews but Eagle gave exceptional service. I called at 11am about an airbag recall on an 11 year old, out of state vehicle, and got a same day appointment at 2:30. Extremely polite and personable service staff had me in and out within an hour and a half. Their response was much better than the response I received when I called the dealership I purchased the vehicle from back home in NH. More

I had a computer issue with my truck, it took the electrical engineer a bit to locate the issue, but once found it was repaired to complete satisfaction.
