I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer that when delivered clearly had a mechanical issue with the air pressure sensor system malfunctioning. The issue was even pointed out to me by the salesperson delivered clearly had a mechanical issue with the air pressure sensor system malfunctioning. The issue was even pointed out to me by the salesperson himself. I was told that the issue would be resolved by getting an estimate for the cost of repair and submitting it to the salesperson to get approval from the finance manager for the job to be completed. Then when trying to contact the salesperson directly as requested to discuss the process to follow, he avoided my attempts to contact. I also was promised a copy of the CARFAX that I never yet received. I plan to pursue this issue until I get what was promised. Proceed in caution when considering to purchase a vehicle from this dealer especially when a mechanical issue is discussed during the purchase process and promises are made but never followed through with. The communication level has a tendency to disappear! More
