Was in on 8/20/20 for an oil change. They looked also at my tires. Took 2 hrs to do an oil change. Had to have 3 tires replaced and was quoted a price of $310.12. Scheduled to come back for tire replacem my tires. Took 2 hrs to do an oil change. Had to have 3 tires replaced and was quoted a price of $310.12. Scheduled to come back for tire replacement and alignment. Came in on the 22nd and it was told was $ 380. Company stood by the quote they gave me, but once again it took 2 1/2 hrs to do 3 tires and alignment. Both of these were scheduled appointments, but took far longer then they should of More

Took in truck for oil change and tire rotation, found it needed over $700 of service work. I had them do the work. Ran out of DEF the next day when driving to Sarasota and had to change the air in the tir needed over $700 of service work. I had them do the work. This stuff should be checked and correct when I bring my truck so far to be serviced. I am very disappointed. More
