I recently took my 2023 GMC 2500HD to Eagle GMC's service department to get a second opinion on an issue I was having with the camera system before my manufacturer's warranty expired. A couple months ago I h department to get a second opinion on an issue I was having with the camera system before my manufacturer's warranty expired. A couple months ago I had taken my truck to another GMC dealership only to have them tell me the issue was normal. I knew that was not the case as it had just started doing it. Dylan, my service advisor wrote it up and actually had me show the technician the issue. The technician agreed the issue was not normal. They ordered a new part for the camera and installed it the next day. The camera is now working and functioning properly! Although I didn't purchase this truck there, my wife and I have purchased two vehicles from them in the past. One was earlier this year. I would highly recommend Eagle GMC Buick for service or the purchase of a new or used vehicle! Thanks Eagle GMC for fixing the issue I was told was normal by another GMC dealership! More
