I was met promptly and courteously, they were able to get my vehicle diagnosed quickly and repaired within a few hours. The service writer made arrangement for an Uber and a rental car. I am thankful they we my vehicle diagnosed quickly and repaired within a few hours. The service writer made arrangement for an Uber and a rental car. I am thankful they were able to get mu vehicle repaired quickly and properly, HOWEVER, the repair was completed in right at 3 hours and the labor charge was $1,197. That is almost $400 per hour. I'm fairly sure that is what their labor book tells them the job will take, but a $1,500 bill for a thermostat replacement and system flush sent my head spinning. More

Part came in and had to remind Dillion about my truck. He then asked when I would like to bring my truck back in for repair, had to also remind him the truck was there going on four days! Spoke with Neil after Dillon went MIA and still had to wait for my truck till early evening. Not even a discount on the oil change for my frustration and inconvenience. Will not be returning! More
