Had a 930 am appointment to change oil about 1020 am went to see if done they took another white encore GL that came in after me first instead of mine then the advisor call home to tell his car was ready eve to see if done they took another white encore GL that came in after me first instead of mine then the advisor call home to tell his car was ready even he was surprised oh it’s a dealer you done have more than one white car they told me the other one took longer but I knew better as the service manager was yelling at mechanic you do check what car you get.
