I had a huge screw in my tire. Went to Tire Kingdom on the way home to have it plugged. They told me it could not be fixed and I needed a new tire. They didn’t discuss what kind just said come tomorrow at the way home to have it plugged. They told me it could not be fixed and I needed a new tire. They didn’t discuss what kind just said come tomorrow at noon and guess what? I got there and no tire. So i called Eagle and she discussed different tires and informed me of the cost of my choic. I got right in and Scott told us he would see if he could fix it first. My husband said if not go ahead and put 2 tires on. Now that would have been over 400,00 with mounting the tires. When I went to pick it up Scott showed me the screw and said my tire was fine and he only charged me for the oil change, not the plug. I walked out of there for 45.00!!! The are very attentive and caring. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with nice amenities. I will definitely be back! So happy with Scott and the whole service department! More
