On the road from Indianapolis had a flat tire Called Eagle GMC they had 2 of my tires in stock and replaced the bad tire . Upon arriving we were greeted by the Service Mgr. and Jim Martin service Called Eagle GMC they had 2 of my tires in stock and replaced the bad tire . Upon arriving we were greeted by the Service Mgr. and Jim Martin service extraordinaire. Jim jump on the job and in a short time we were on our way to our final destination. This experience was such a relief because we had just purchased a home in the area and it's good to know what type of service I can expect in the future. So unhappy The car was given to us and walked out the door found that the locks don’t work in the key fob didn’t work that should’ve been my first sign then the The car was given to us and walked out the door found that the locks don’t work in the key fob didn’t work that should’ve been my first sign then they replaced all four locks but I was back in less than two weeks because my car started smoking overheat and sensors were bad then less than a month I needed a new filter for my thing and I found out my whole transmission needed to be done I got a lemon of a car I asked the dealership what I should do and if they could do anything to help me and there’s nothing they could do they can even buy the car back I had the car for 3 whole months And it was in the shop five times I think the only reason I would come back is for the service department Scott was the only one actually trying to help me Scott was the only one trying to make my car better Scott is the only person I will refer to anybody More
